If something isn’t quite right, our hassle-free returns process makes it easy to exchange or return items within 15 days of delivery.

Our Return Promise

We accept returns and exchanges on most items within 15 days of delivery, provided they are in original condition with tags attached and unworn. Some exceptions apply (see below).

How to Return or Exchange

Step 1: Initiate Your Return

Email our style experts at [email protected] with the following information:

Subject: Return/Exchange Request – Order #[Your Order Number] Dear StylishHer Team, I would like to request a [return/exchange] for the following item(s) from my order #[Your Order Number]: – Item Name: [e.g., Black Bodycon Skirt] – Size: [Original Size] – Reason: [Fit/Quality/Other – please specify] For exchanges, please indicate your preferred size/color: – New Size: [Requested Size] – New Color: [If applicable] I understand I will receive return instructions and a prepaid return label if applicable. Step 2: Package Your Items

Once approved:

  • Repackage items in their original packaging with all tags attached
  • Include the original packing slip or your order confirmation
  • Securely seal the package

Step 3: Ship Your Return

Attach the provided return label and send via:

  • Standard Returns: Use the prepaid DHL/FedEx label (included for US returns)
  • International Returns: You’ll be responsible for return shipping costs via EMS

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Timing: Refunds process within 5-7 business days after we receive your return
  • Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Exchange Process

For size/color exchanges:

  • We’ll ship your new item once we receive the original
  • No additional shipping charges for US exchanges
  • International customers pay difference in shipping costs if applicable

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Bottles & Lunch Boxes (for food safety reasons)
  • Bodysuits (intimate apparel)
  • Final Sale Items (clearly marked in product descriptions)

Note: All swimwear and corsets must have original hygiene liners intact for returns to be accepted.
